Employees and locals of the Riddhi Siddhi Cement Industry in Churiyamai, Hetauda padlocked the industry for two days demanding the punishment of their General Manager (GM), Lokendra Bahadur Malla, on the charge of manhandling a female employee.
GM Malla allegedly misbehaved and assaulted a female employee on March 1 and was arrested on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim at the District Police Office, Makawanpur. Further investigation into the case is underway.
