Complaint lodged against accused of rape in Bhairahawa

A complaint was lodged against 42-year-old Tek Bahadur Basnet, currently living in Bhairahawa, on March 15 on the charge of raping a 27-year-old woman. According to the complaint, the accused had been raping the victim for the past three years and the victim was raped again on February 26. Police are searching for the absconded accused.
