Teenage boy arrested on charge of raping a girl with hearing and speech impairment

Police arrested a 15-year-old boy of Andhikhola, Syangja on the charge of raping a 20-year-old girl with hearing and speech impairments.
The complaint filed by the girl's relatives states that the accused raped her on December 24 (2020) and January 9 (2021). the incident became public after the girl became pregnant. The victims family lodged a complaint against the boy on March 21.
