Police arrested 31-year-old Khem Bishwokarma of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan-12, Jugeda, Kailali, on March 21, on the charge of attempting rape to an 11-year-old child. The victim’s mother had lodged a complaint at District Police Office, Kailali, on March 20, alleging that the accused had attempted rape to the victim on March 18.
