Police arrested 20-year-old Ganesh Bogati from Changunarayan Municipality-8, Sudal, Bhaktapur, on March 20, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old child on March 9. The accused was arrested on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim's mother.
