Police arrested 24-year-old Pandav Paswan of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-6 on March 21 on the charge of attempting rape on a 60-year-old woman with an intellectual disability. According to the victim's side, the accused had fled after the locals witnessed the incident. The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Morang on the same day.
