Locals in Dhading torched the excavator after the driver, Bhim Bahadur Budhathoki, buried 45-year-old Saraswati Kumal alive after hitting her with the excavator in Tripura Sundari rural municipality 1 of Dhading on March 1. According to police, the body has not been taken from the spot as locals are demonstrating and police are searching for the absconding accused.
