Step-father arrested on charge of raping a teen in Lalitpur

Police arrested a 59-year-old stepfather on April 4 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl with physical disabilities on March 10. The victim's mother had lodged a complaint against the accused at the Metropolitan Police Complex, Jawalakhel on March 11. According to the complaint, the stepfather had raped the victim for the last three years.
