Police arrested19-year-old Suman Tamang of Sangachokgadhi Municipality-4 in Chautara on April 14 on the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl. According to police, the victim's family had lodged a complaint against Tamang at the District Police Office on April 13 alleging him of sexually abusing their daughter on April 11.
