Bagmati, Makawanpur, Hetauda
Students of the Institute of Forest Studies, Hetauda, who have been raising their voice for wildlife conservation, staged a demonstration in Hetauda on April 17 by displaying various placards as part of a week-long wildlife program. The students had been raising their voices after a series of chitals and deer were killed in Hetauda.
The students are celebrating Wildlife Week with the objective of raising public awareness for wildlife conservation. They even painted pictures of various wild animals on their faces. The week-long program will include interactions, wildlife information, photo exhibitions and conservation of drinking water sources for wildlife.
