Bagmati, Makawanpur, Manahari, Ward 4
Locals padlocked ward no -4 of Manhari in Makawanpur against the decision to construct a ward office building and a health office building in front of Ward Office No. 4.
The construction of the ward office building was decided after local Ram Hari Bista donated two blocks of land to build the building. Earlier also, the landlords had provided land for the construction, however, Ward Chairman Khadka said that he only received the verbal information about the padlocking to express the displeasure over the decision to construct the building on the land adjacent to the ward office building.
