Man accused of sexual abuse arrested from Bhaktapur

Police, on April 22, arrested 27-year-old Govinda Awasthi resident of Kanchanpur Vedkotgadhi Municipality-1of Ghyampedanda, who was living in Suryabinayak Municipality-7 on the charge of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl on April 20.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused Awasthi at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Jagati on April 21.
Police said they are further investigating the incident.
