Kailali's east-west highway blocked in Kailali

After the death of a youth in a traffic accident in Kailali, agitated relatives blocked the East-West Highway under Lamkichuha Municipality. 27-year-old Lalit Jung Rawat of Lamkichuha Municipality-4 died after a bus hit his motorcycle at Rajipur of Gauriganga Municipality on April 22.
He sustained an injury when the bus ( plate number Na 4 Kha 3729) heading east from west hit his motorcycle (plate number Ma 8 Pa 3980) heading in the same direction. Police said that he died while undergoing treatment at Maya Metro Hospital of Dhangadhi. After that, the relatives of the deceased blocked the road by burning tires in Boulia of Lamki on April 23, demanding compensation and action against the culprits.
