A team including the Chief District Officer, Security Officer, and the Chief of Rajbiraj Municipality Police arrested coordinators of 11 private schools in Saptari on the charge of defying the government's decision. With the increasing cases of coronavirus, the government had instructed all the schools in the district headquarters Rajbiraj to remain closed till mid-May.
Those taken into custody are now being kept at the District Police Office. Chief District Officer Pokharel informed that today's meeting will decide on the steps to be taken against them.
