Locals stage demonstration against Chinese contractor in Daunne

The locals of Daunne blocked the road accusing that the Chinese contractor who is upgrading the East-West Mahendra highway of not working as per the agreement. They blocked the road from 6 pm on April 27 saying that the risk of an accident has increased due to dust and pollution. Hundreds of vehicles traveling East-West Mahendra highway have been stranded after the block.
