Complaint lodged against rape accused in Saptari

Saptari District Police registered a complaint against 22-year-old Jogindra Mukhiya, of Tilathi Koiladi-4, Saptari, on April 28, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. The victim alleges that the accused had raped the victim on March 4 luring her with false promises of marriage. She further alleges the accused absconded after taking her to Kathmandu, on March 5
