District Administration Office Morang has issued a week-long prohibitory order with effect from midnight of May 1 till midnight of May 7 at four local levels, including Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Budhiganga Municipality, Jahada Municipality, and Kalahari Municipality ( Ward 1,2,3 & 4).
The District crisis management committee decided to impose the order as the number of infected people with the daily rise in Covid-19 infection. During this period, no one would be allowed to go out of the house from 8 pm to 5 am. Moreover, vehicles other than essential services will not be allowed to operate. Similarly, the shops for daily necessities and construction materials will be open for two hours from 8 am to 10 am.
