A meeting of the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Committee (DCCMC) has decided to impose a partial prohibitory order in Siraha district from 6 am on May 6. According to the order, private vehicles and vehicles of employees with identity cards will be allowed to run but only in an odd-even rule. Similarly, food, fruit and vegetable shops will be open only from 6 am to 5 pm.
The meeting also decided not to allow the operation of salons and gyms. The pre-arranged marriages should be held with the permission of the local level and with the participation of only 25 people following the health standards.
Similarly, all the checkpoints in the districts connected to India have been closed. In Siraha, 43 new infections were added on May 4. Meanwhile, the number of corona infections in the district has reached 129 and four people have died, according to the District Health Office, Siraha.
