Police arrested 25-year-old Rasik Miya of Gorkha on the charge of black-marketing Remdesivir, a remedial drug used to treat a corona infection.
Miya was arrested from Maharajgunj in Kathmandu while he was selling Rs 25,000 worth Remdesivir for Rs 2,20,000. Miya, in his initial statement to the police, said that the manager of Sevak Firm in front of the Tribhuvan Teaching Hospital had asked him to sell it.
