Police arrested 30-year-old Bhupnarayan Sah of Binita Surgical Store in Janakpur Sub-Metropolis-9, on May 9 on the charge of black-marketing in the pulse oximeter. The store used to sell the Oximeters in between 2,500 to 3 thousand when the retail price is 1700. Police also recovered 28 pulse Oximeters from the store.
