A dispute broke out between police and locals at Bahardashi Rural Municipality-5, Phulbari, Jhapa after the police stopped the auto driver for violating prohibitory order. Locals alleged the driver was beaten by the police after he did not stop the auto. Auto driver Tofik Alam sustained a minor injury in the incident.
