Makwanpur police arrested 54-year-old Krishna Bahadur Moktan, a temporary resident of Hetauda-8 on May 24 on the charge of beating his 42-year-old wife Sunita Thapa Magar to death over a domestic dispute.
Police recovered the dead body of the woman in the Bhutan Devi Community Forest at Hetauda-10 Neureni on May 23. The identity of the body was revealed during the investigation of the incident.
