Over two dozens of leaders from various political parties staged a sit-in in front of the Vice-Chancellor’s office of BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS), Dharan, on May 24 demanding effective treatment services midst Covid-19. CPN-UML Dharan Chairman Narayan Subedi said that they took part in the protest against the administration of the institute as COVID-19 infected people are dying in the institute without getting oxygen, ICU, and ventilator support. The agitated political parties warned the officials that they will take action if the hospital administration does not improve the management of the institute.
