Police arrested 35-year-old Ravi Kumar Rajak, owner of a pharmacy named Janata Medical Store of Biratnagar-15, on May 30 on the charge of black marketing medicines. Rajak was found to be stockpiling a large number of various drugs of physician samples and empty shells of various types of labeled medicines.
Police recovered 46 cartoons including heart medicines, painkillers, various types of antibiotics, injections, medicines for the babys' cough and sanitizers, additional drugs, a bag, and 7 cartons of labeled medicine shells from Rajak's place. According to the Morang Police, Rajak was arrested on the charge of selling drugs fraudulently, and illegally stockpiling drugs.
