Police arrested two persons, including Arjun Kurmi, the main leader of the protesting group, in Rupandehi on the charge of chanting slogans and burning tires in protest of the prohibitory order issued to contain the spread of Covid-19.
According to Rupandehi Police, some youths chanted slogans and also urged the locals to open all the markets. on June 5. The prohibitory order is imposed in Rupandehi till June 13.
