Police arrested 62-year-old Nare Tamang of Balefi Rural Municipality-4, Sindhupalchowk, on June 5, on the charge of sexually assaulting a 44-year-old woman.

According to DSP Prakash Sapkota of the District Police Office, Sinmdhupalchowk, the victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on June 4, stating that the accused had sexually abused her on May 31. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Chautara Hospital on June 4.
