The family of a 14-year-old girl lodged a complaint against 30-year-old Sohail Mansuri of Inaruwa Municipality-9, Sunsari, at the District Police e Office, Sunsari, on June 9, stating that Mansuri raped the girl. The victim’s side accused Mansuri of raping the victim on June 8.

DSP Narendra Kumar Karki of the District Police Office said that they are searching for the absconding accused after the victim lodged a complaint. The victim's medical examination was conducted at District Hospital, Sunsari, on June 9
