Youth accused of rape arrested in Darchula

Police arrested Kapil Ram Koli, 25-year-old of Dhap in Mahakali Municipality-7 on June 12 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on June 4. He was arrested on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim's family.
