Police arrested 24-year-old Bhisma Thapa of Butwal sub-metropolitan-11 on June 18 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl.
The victim lodged a complaint at District Police Office on June 18 accusing Thapa of raping her on December 18, 2020, on the pretext of marrying her.
