Bhaktapur man arrested on charge of raping a teen girl

Police arrested Basanta Damai, a 32-year-old resident of Kamal Binayak in Bhaktapur on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. He was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's mother. Further investigation of the case is underway.
