Youth arrested on charge of raping an elderly woman in Palpa

Police arrested Shankar BK, a 19-year-old youth of Lungri-7 Rolpa on the charge of raping an old woman of Mathagadhi Rural Municipality in Palpa on July 1. BK, who is currently involved in construction work in Mathagadhi, was arrested on the basis of a complaint that he had raped a woman while no one was at home after consuming alcohol.
