The Child Teachers Struggle Committee led by Ramaroshan rural municipality of Achham padlocked the municipality office and education development branch. The protestors are the teachers who were not paid their salaries despite repeated demands and discussions.

The central government had mentioned in the policy and program that the municipality should pay 7,000 rupees to the teachers of child development centers. However, the Ramaroshan municipality said that it will not pay the teachers who are teaching in the child development center saying that there is no money.
