Gandaki, Nawalparasi East, Kawasoti
Various banks and financial institutions in Kawasoti stage a joint protest by displaying banners with points that cannot be included in the social security fund.
Speaking on the occasion, Kumar Bastola, president of the Nawalpur Bankers' Association, said that the government was forcibly implementing the Social Security Fund program which is making the employees of banks and financial institutions insecure. He said that as the points of the Social Security Fund Act and its working procedures were in conflict with each other, the earnings collected by the employees by paying taxes would be insecure in the future.
