Rupandehi: Man arrested on charge of raping a teen girl with intellectual disabilities

Police arrested Suraj Pariyar, a 26-year-old man of Butwal-11 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl with an intellectual disability. The victim was raped by her sister's neighbour while she was visiting her sister's house in Butwal. The incident that took place on March 25 came into light only after the victim's family lodged a complaint with the police on July 13.
