The Nepal National Professor's association padlocked the central office of Midwestern University alleging that despite the formation of a negotiation committee that was formed on the basis of various 15-point demands, no one from the university attended the meeting. The organization formed a three-member negotiating committee and the venue was at the office of the Dean of the Faculty of Management at the Central Office.
