The aggrieved service recipients and accountancy practitioners staged a sit-in at the Land Reform and Land Revenue Office in Rajbiraj on July 19 alleging the office of taking bribes inside the office by posting notice of closure in the office due to technical reasons. They also warned to hold a sit-in at the gate of the office on July 20 if action is not taken against the guilty employees.
According to Badrinarayan Yadav, secretary of the Land Revenue Unit of the Accountancy Readers' Association, Deputy Subba Gaya Prasad Yadav had posted a notice that the computer field would be closed for one day due to technical reasons.
