The Central Federation of Public Transport stages a protest at Maitighar in Kathmandu on July 25 demanding that those working in the transport sector be vaccinated against corona, businesses affected by the pandemic be resolved through monetary policy, adjustment of transport insurance waivers, waivers in renewals and compensation. They handed over the keys of public transport to the Prime Minister through the Chief District Officer. They also demanded adjustment of fares, an extension of the 20-year driving period and implementation of road laws.
