Youth accused of rape incident in Kapilvastu arrested

Police arrested Sandeep Lodh, a 21-year-old of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-2 on June 29 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. According to police, the victim lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on June 29 alleging that the accused had raped her on January 4. The victim was examined at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa.
