Youth arrested on charge of attempting rape on a elderly woman in Rolpa

Police arrested Shankar BK, a 19-year-old resident of Lungri Rural Municipality-7 of Rolpa District on July 1, on the charge of attempting to rape a 78-year-old woman. Police said that the accused was arrested based on the complaint that stated that the incident took place on June 30.
