Kapilvastu youth arrested on charge of raping a teen girl

Police arrested Kali Mullah Musalman, 21-year-old resident of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-7, Basantapur on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl in Kapilvastu. He was arrested by the police from Tulsipur Baluhawa Police Post after receiving information that Mullah had raped the girl at a poultry farm near his house on July 26.
