Dhading: Congress ward member arrested on charge of attempted rape

Police arrested Bir Bahadur Bam, a 53-year-old resident, of Tripura Sundari Municipality-6 on July 26 on the charge of attempting to rape a 26-year-old woman. The victim has lodged a complaint against Congress ward member Bam on July 19. He allegedly absconded g after attempting to rape her at her house in Fulching on July 9.
