A complaint is lodged against Rajesh Chaudhary, a 24-year-old resident of Barkurwa in Sabaila Municipality-12 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl at the District Police Office, Dhanusha on July 28. The accused allegedly had abducted the girl from her house took her to a neighbour's house and raped her on July 23. The victim's side further alleged that the accused had put pressure to settle the incident through financial transactions immediately after the incident. The search for the absconding accused is underway.
