Police arrests youth on the charge of raping a girl in Tulsipur

Police on Wednesday arrested a 25-year-old Shukalal BK of Kapurkot Rural Municipality-3 in Salyan on the charge of raping a 19-year-old girl in Dang.
The victim's family had filed a complaint against BK at APO Tulsipur on July 25 stating that BK had raped the girl on July 23. Police arrested BK on the basis of the same complaint. The victim underwent a medical examination at Rapti Provincial hospital in Tulsipur on July 22.
