Man arrested on charge of raping a 16-year-old girl in Kathmandu

Police arrested 36-year-old Manis Nagarkoti of Tikabhairab in Godavari Municipality-6, on July 26 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. The victim's side had lodged a complaint at the Metropolitan Police Circle, Chapagaun on July 25 alleging that the accused lured the victim, brought her in a tripper from Garidhara in Kathmandu and raped her inside the vehicle on June 24.
