Tulsi Rana, a 60-year-old woman applied to INSEC to assist in the legal process in the case of domestic violence. She accused her 66-year-old husband Khal Bahadur Rana of Darma Rural Municipality-3 of physically assaulting and evicting her from the house. Rana has been living with her eldest son, since May 15 after her husband threatened to kill her.
After the INSEC representative informed about the incident at the District Police Office, Salyan, DSP Govinda Thapa said that he would call both the parties for discussion. According to the victim, the incident took place three months ago.
