Relative accused of raping a teen girl in Kapilvastu arrested

Police arrested a 48-year-old relative on July 31 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. According to police, the victim was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's side at the Area Police Office, Pipara alleging that he raped their daughter on June 5.
