Youth accused of rape incident in Siraha arrested

Police arrested Rajesh Das, a 22-year-old resident of Dhangadhimai Municipality-11 on July 11 on the charge of raping a 31-year-old woman on July 10. According to the victim, she lodged a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Lahan.
