Youth arrested on charge of raping a teen girl with intellectual disabilities in Chitwan

Police arrested 20-year-old Shivaraj Pariyar of Rolpa district, currently working in a brick kiln in Dhunibesi Municipality-8, on August 8 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl with intellectual disabilities. The victim's relatives lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on August 8 alleging that the accused had raped the girl on August 7 by calling her to a room.
