Itahari Mayor threatened a service recipient and locked him at his office

Mayor of Itahari Sub-metropolis Dwariklal Chaudhary locked a service recipient Yam Prasad Dhakal of Aitabare, Itahari-4 in his office. Mayor Chaudhary summoned Dhakal to his office on August 11 and threatened him to destruct his house within 7 days saying the house is built over the irrigation canal. Mayor Chaudhary instructed the city police to arrest him immediately. He was locked in a room of the municipality for two hours.
