Tanahun locals picket NEA Distribution Center against power outages

The electricity supply has been cut off in Myagde Rural Municipality for the past 10 days. Residents of Myagde picketed the Tanahu Distribution Center of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) on August 12. Bhim Lal Shrestha, president of the Tanahu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that the centre was cordoned off saying that the centre had not been repaired for a long time due to low voltage lines and power outages.
